The room was located around the garden, beautifully maintained, and had a jacuzzi bath, TV, and an extensive bathroom. The venue was centrally positioned, right next door to Brentwood centre and other key areas.- The staff was very helpful and made sure to cater to every guest's needs.

We had a very nice stay at this traditional hotel. The breakfast was generous and rich, the staff was exceptionally nice, the grounds were clean. In general the service was really great. Had opportunity to use 24-hour room service at no cost.

I appreciated it, have never been in a better hotel. The stay here was very nice on the night of Sunday August 25 2019. The breakfast offered was good hot with the coffee machine to be refilled and more drinks, couldn't have asked for more. The location was particularly good, near a 5 * establishment, Chelmsford and garden area and easily accessible.

The property was unique with amazingly attentive and very attentive staff with over 30 years service at the hotel, I loved the stay. The location turned out to be perfect, just off the garden area and Brentwood. I went to nearby Tudors Restaurant and tried their local food.

Top-notch service, I enjoyed well presented food.
The breakfast had variety of food and it was large. I stayed in the room that was located around the garden which was beautifully maintained and available with a view of a skip in the car park. The location was marvellous and brilliant for Brentwood, adjacent to Stadium.
